Key Responsibilities -Places garbage/recycling at street on appropriate days; keeps garbage area organized and clean at all times-Responsible for basic buildings repairs such as painting, plumbing, light carpentry, electrical, and repairs to other building related systems (experience in painting/plaster preferred)-Assists building superintendent with various maintenance tasks; works with other team members to complete maintenance work-Complete work orders, miscellaneous repairs, and report to Management upon completion.-Maintains awareness of any issues at building and notifies company management and supervisor Additional Requirements -Positive attitude and strong communication skills-Ability to work well with others-Prior experience as porter/handyman-Ability to work independently or as part of team-Bilingual English/SpanishPowered by JazzHR
