We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with insurance leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Jobseekers should be able to connect quickly with customers and be energized by getting results. If you have a proven track record of sales success and a love for persuading people, apply now! Responsibilities: • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports• Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of Qualifications: • One year of work experience in sales • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software Compensation: $150,000 About Company: CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you'd like!
