I daily drive the car and have driven it on several 500+ mile trips without a hiccup. Ive been very surprised with the reliability of this car considering its a Volkswagen. I maintain and keep her up to date on all services, receipts to show the main things like the timing belt at 100k miles are available. I change the oil with Mobil 1 0w-40 and a WIX filter every 4-5 thousand miles.
