Key Responsibilities: Engage in educational activities to learn the duties and responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant. Assist in providing direct care to patients under the supervision and guidance of licensed nursing staff. Learn to observe and report any changes in patient conditions. Support the care team with daily functions such as meal delivery, patient hygiene, and room tidiness. Participate in hands-on training and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare field. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Interest in pursuing a career in nursing or patient care. Excellent communication skills and compassion for patients. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
