Patient Experience Quality Specialist

The Patient Experience Quality Specialist (PEQS) is an integral part of the quality assurance and training team. This person is responsible for auditing interactions that occur within the Patient Communication and Coordination teams and will provide input and suggestions to improve training and operational processes. Essential Functions: Analyzes and quantifies patient experience data through patient experience surveys, reports, and trends. Assist in developing, creating, and implementing call center quality processes, workflows, and procedures. Performs call monitoring to identify patient experience shortcomings for the purpose of improving communication and customer experience. Prepares activity reports to inform management of patient experience data and quality initiatives. Assists with the planning, conducting, coordinating, and implementation of comprehensive training modules that impact quality assurance. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Two (2) years of experience in call/communication center operations training or related field. One (1) year of experience in healthcare/medical environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with patient experience tools and quality reports.
