Responsibilities: --- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale --- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process --- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads --- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget --- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: --- An established track record of successful real estate sales --- 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience --- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry --- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills --- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred --- Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible --- Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads --- Cell phone and laptop computer needed --- Ability to communicate effectively --- Self-motivated --- Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week --- Utilize and maintain your CRM --- Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients --- Ability to work in a team atmosphere --- Be coachable --- Be accountable About Company: Welcome to Crosstown Realtors, where we're revolutionizing the real estate industry, offering unmatched service and expertise.
