The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background with a proven track record of high performance and conversion rates. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who share our passion for making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Responsibilities: - Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to attract top-tier life insurance agents.- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values.- Sales Performance Evaluation: Evaluate candidates' sales experience and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company standards.- Pipeline Management: Manage the candidate pipeline effectively, ensuring timely communication and engagement to enhance the candidate experience.- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for newly hired life insurance agents, providing necessary support and resources to facilitate a smooth transition.- Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.- Proven sales experience with a track record of high performance and conversion rates.- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and related sales processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
