Job Overview:Assist with commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Assist clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, gaining valuable insights and experience.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Stay updated on legal developments and changes that impact the clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the New York State Bar.3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the New York State Bar. Skills:Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
