Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona.Experience in civil and business litigation, with a focus on insurance defense.Experience with governmental liability cases preferred.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Previous trial experience is a plus. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona. Skills:Strong understanding of insurance defense cases and, preferably, government liability defense matters.Ability to provide legal advice and conduct thorough research.Excellent negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Previous trial experience is a plus. The law firm provides legal representation to clients including government entities, start-ups, licensed professionals, and insurance companies. Its practice areas include medical liability and healthcare law, insurance law, professional malpractice, general litigation services, business and real estate, and government service representation.
