Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Palmdale, CA. Roles and Responsibilities: Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), provide to briefer/debriefer, and/or execute briefs/debriefs on behalf of the government security team. Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media as required by contract(s). Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities. Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses through queries to government security databases and systems. Conduct security education briefings, security audits. Basic Qualifications: 3 years Security experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 1 year with a Master's degree OR additional 4 years of security experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Candidate must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance current within 6 years Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a self-starter attitude Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: CDSE Professional Certification Experience working in an SAP environment Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
