The candidate will handle and manage, with Partner oversight, all phases of litigation, with a caseload of 25 or more litigation matters. Will draft motions, discovery demands and responses. Handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should be admitted to practice in New York. This firms Hawthorne office has a reputation for providing superior legal representation in a timely manner. They represent a variety of clients in appellate, bad faith and extra contractual, civil rights, claims management, complex and multi-district litigation, construction law, cyber-risk, technology and data security, environmental law, general liability, insurance coverage, reinsurance, labor and employment, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, toxic torts, and trucking and transportation matters.Additional Skills: The candidate should have a JD degree from an accredited law school.
