You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help clients & families navigate their options. We provide outstanding support, training, and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals! We also have LEADS, warm leads! Responsibilities:• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals• Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Contact prospects requesting information (leads)• Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business• Help others do the same by sharing experiences• No cold calling• Manage time & cultivate clients• Expand income potential with annual reviews• Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications:• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Technology• High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus• Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)• Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options• Personal grit that drives learning & growth• Participation in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill• Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team• Heart that truly cares about helping others (clients & teammates)• Enjoy talking with people, helping others, & making a difference!!
