We are searching for a dynamic candidate to perform industry-specific tasks, such as application submission and account transfer follow-up, client service work including incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries and gathering the correct product brochures and applications. Responsibilities:• Complete & process new business applications• Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner• Process & follow up on client service requests• Update & review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service• Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system• Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates• Assist Advisors with pre-appointment requirements• Gather account values and complete client review summary for upcoming appointments• Prepare & manage a weekly report on new business submitted, new business issued, and servicing requests• Assist Advisors with educational workshops & client events as needed Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in client services or new business development• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to build and maintain client relationships• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE About Company: Through a truly customized, holistic, and collaborative approach to financial planning, we help families not only protect but grow their retirements.
