This handsome boy is going to make the best buddy! He greets you with the sweetest little chirpy meow which is so funny for a 13 pound big boy. He loves human interaction and follows me around for attention. He loves pets, treats, chasing his mouse, playing ball with you, food puzzles and getting groomed. He is also very patient, he will lay at my feet while a work for hours so makes a great office mate. Honestly, I have not found anything he doesn't like, ok trimming his nails, he doesn't like that but most cats don't.Stormy is a young adult male gray tabby that showed up on my porch hungry and looking for help. He was shy, but interested in me so I suspected he might be a lost pet. He was an unaltered male, so I thought he may have escaped his home. I reached out to my neighbors and posted his picture on Nextdoor, Facebook and lost pet sites. I took him to Carol House Quick Fix for neuter and vaccinations. Since he seemed to have no family I took him in as a foster through Heartland Humane Society. He quickly warmed up to me and is a sweet chunk that just wants lots of love!He is currently with 2 long time female foster cats and he is very polite, he did not hiss or growl once! He wants to play with them and continues to try and make friends but they continue to give him some attitude and are not very willing participants. He respects their boundaries and retreats if they do not join in to play. I think he would enjoy being in a home with another young cat that likes to play. He is still timid around new people so his adopter will need to be patient but I know they will be rewarded with lots of love once they win his trust.He is neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped and negative for FeLV/FIV.
