Wolfie is a 7-year-old labradoodle and weighs 45 lbs. He is a sweet boy but kids seem to scare him. So he would do best in a home without young kids. He loves to go roll around outside or just be loved on. He would do best as either an only dog or with dogs smaller than him. Wolfie is heartworm positive but this is a treatable disease and treatment is covered by the rescue. His adopter must be able to take him to Angel's Pet Hospital in Tomball for treatment. Heartworm treatment consists of a series of 3 injections, given one month apart. He would need to be kept in a calm environment during his treatment. ADOPTION FEE $ 450.00 THE 1ST STEP IS TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ON www.camorescue.com We would love to help you find your next family member. Please understand we are all volunteers and are understaffed. So please be patient with us to respond to your adoption application. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with the foster to set up a meet and greet. We are a foster based RESCUE, not a shelter. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. CAMO rescue is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing small dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill TX shelters. EIN # is 46-5486022 We rescue 800+ animals a year.
