This big, beautiful lady is, well, Lady! Lady was brought to us when her owner was unable to give her the time and attention she needed. Lady came in with an upset tummy, and while she seems to be feeling better now, she may need to be on a special diet. Speaking of diets, Lady needs to lose a few pounds as she is a bit chonky, and that can lead to joint pain and other health problems down the road. She's already started shedding pounds while at the shelter, but Lady will need an adopter who can help her finish out her weight loss journey. Lady is also a bit wary of her personal space, and does not enjoy excessive restraint. This is why all children in the home need to be 12 or older. That being said, Lady loves getting attention from the people she knows and trusts. She can't get enough belly rubs and butt scratches and will keep asking you for more, more, more!
