Approx. DOB: 4/5/2018 Approx. Weight: 40Lbs Adoption Fee: $ 250 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness! Carrie joined Furry Kids after transferring from a small town in southern Kansas. She had been used as a breeder dog. Carrie was very fearful when she arrived to us and it has taken about 4 months in her foster home to break through to her. She loves her other furry friends in the house and is really starting to love and depend on her foster Mom. She is still getting used to her foster Dad. Her foster Mom has been working hard at socializing her with other people. She is a very sweet girl and is also very smart. She will need a dog savvy family, preferably one familiar with her breed. A fenced yard is absolutely a must have for Carrie and children 10 and older. I have been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible. Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
