Meet Appa! This sweet girl came to us from OK. She had an owner that never came from her, and time was running out. Appa is dog friendly, cat friendly, good with children and adults. She is good with all children of ages but be considerate of her size. When she gets excited she gets the zoomies and could run into them. Apparently would love to be in a home with another dog or someone who works from home because she's prone to separation anxiety/loneliness. She is super smart! She knows sit, down, wait, and her recall is good. She is learning to crate, although it's not her favorite place. She's is good on the leash, and loves her play/walk time in the evening or just hanging out. She has moderate to low energy. Baths are a work in progress she doesn't like them so you need to take your time with them. Which is funny because she LOVES to swim. She is house broken as well. Extras: she's good with having her feet, ears, and tail touched. She's good with nail trims and is extremely food motivated. She does need weekly ear cleaning because inside of her ears become very dirty very quickly. She needs a fenced back yard (preferably a wooden fenced and tall) because she can jump a fence/dig under). This only happen when she is bored.
