She can be so very shy, and is going to be need a bit of time in her new home to warm up to you. But once she does, she is so very loving and in need of affection. She enjoys a good window to stare out at the birds, and sunbeams to nap in, and a few hidey-holes until she gets comfortable with her new surroundings. While she doesn't do well in high-energy or crowded environments, she loves a good one-on-one afternoon spent just the two of you. She is very good with other cats, and likely would get along well with a relaxed dog friend. Children would need to be on the older side, 8 years old and up, for her to feel comfortable around them.
