Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations• Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally• Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision• Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients• Commercial Lead generation• Commercial lead follow-up• CRM and database mastery• Follow the plan• Sales talk• Close sales• Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent and self-motivated• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Real estate license required• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
