Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Digital and regular open houses• Lead generation• Lead follow up• Database campaigns• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
