** $375 in pledges for the rescue that pulls ** Meet Koda! This 4 year old kitty came to us as an owner surrender on 08/7 due to spraying around the apartment, scratching furniture and getting overstimulated. This young boy has unfortunately had a rough start since being in the shelter and is hoping for the right person to help him become a happy kitty again! Medically Koda came to us generally healthy when examined on 08/10, however on 08/21 he was seen because staff observed his health declining in the kennel. Since being seen he was noted to have a 'kitty cold' or URI that has caused appetite loss and dehydration. He has lost two pounds since being in our care but has been medicated for his health conditions. Koda will do best in a home where he can recover in a place that makes him feel comfortable and can help him lower his stress levels.
