Misty is a beautiful Senior Dutch Shepherd mix and possibly Belgian Malinois mix. She is a gorgeous dog, estimated between 7-10 yrs old and weighs 40 lbs. She is healthy and spayed. She is very gentle with people and really enjoys cuddles and attention. She walks well on a leash and appears to learn easily. She is currently in a foster home but really needs her very own forever home. She does not care for other female dogs and is not good with small dogs, cats or other small animals due to a strong prey drive. She enjoys human companionship and attention more than anything. She also enjoys the swimming pool where she currently lives. She would make the prefect companion as the only dog in a home. Misty is a higher energy breed but has slowed some with age. That said, she is happiest if she has things to occupy her mind and regular exercise. She could not tolerate being in the kennel environment as it was very stressful for her.We have no idea what her life has been like or if she ever had a loving, comfortable home.
