JOB SUMMARY Under direct supervision, manageand maintain various end user platforms including Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager/Intune, VMware Workspace ONE for MDM, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and VDI technologies. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Test new technologies and infrastructure upgrades Review and resolves simple trouble tickets from End User Services or IS Engineering teams Create and update technical documentation Manage and troubleshoot end user applications Manage endpoint device agents Monitor software updates and patch management advertisements Provide reports to the IS team Monitor server and client components BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or a High School diploma and at least 2 years of experience with end-user computing administration Experience supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, or Windows 2008/2012 servers Experience with administrative scripts (VBScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
