King 2B Liberty Trombone

For sale is a vintage King 2B Liberty trombone. I bought it in 1974 from my teacher and mentor Joe E. I assume it was made in the sixties. You can probably find the exact year by the serial number (416480) but it is a classic and made from at least the 40s on til today. Tommy Dorsey played one! The tone and slide are great. I had it worked on by a great gal at my local music shop last summer and now the slide works flawlessly. I could have had it relacquered but that would only make it look prettier, The tone is… well, it's a King! The bell looks very good. No dents or dings.The rest of the horn is well used and shows it (see the photos) but no defects. The case is beat up so no one will know that there is a treasure inside. I think it gives it character but new ones are available… but this one protects it just fine, There is one broken latch and the handle has been replaced but it is secured.I'd be happy to answer any questions that I can. I would like to add that this bone comes with a King 11m mouthpiece (which is a good thing)
