Whether you're passionate about providing exceptional service in our clubhouse restaurant, ensuring the safety of our members at our pool area, or contributing to the overall hospitality experience, we have opportunities available for you. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences to our members and guests. Key Responsibilities (Varies by Position): Busser: Clear and reset tables in the clubhouse restaurant, assist servers, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas. Bartender: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, engage with guests, and maintain a clean and organized bar area. Server: Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests dining in the clubhouse restaurant, take orders, and deliver food and beverages. Pool Area Supervisor: Supervise pool area operations, ensure guest safety, train and mentor staff, and maintain cleanliness and organization. Lifeguard: Monitor swimming areas, respond to emergencies, enforce pool rules, and provide assistance to guests. Qualifications (Varies by Position): Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Current certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid for lifeguard position. Benefits: Competitive hourly rates ranging from $16 to $21 per hour, based on experience.
