Salary Range:29.5700:45.4600/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education. The Content Writer is a dynamic communications writer. This role crafts compelling, clear, and concise written content that supports our organizations marketing creative efforts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting compelling copy that engages and converts across a variety of marketing channels. From email campaigns to social media posts, website content, and advertising copy, this role is crucial in shaping the voice of our brand and driving our marketing objectives. The Content Writer words will inform, persuade, and inspire our target audience, supporting the companys growth and brand awareness efforts. :Develop original copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to emails, social media, websites, ads, brochures, and press releases.:Consistently apply and evolve the company's brand voice and messaging across all written content to ensure a cohesive brand identity.:Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm ideas, refine messages, and align copy with visual concepts.:Ensure all content is on:brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels.:Conduct research and interviews to gather information and insights for content creation.:Stay informed about industry trends, news, and competitive landscape to ensure content is relevant and timely.:Analyze the effectiveness of copy through engagement metrics and conversions, and adjust strategies based on data insights.:Work closely with the communications, marketing, and other relevant team members to understand content needs and priorities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to contribute ideas for content and campaigns.:Contributes to content projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and content objectives are achieved.:Contribute to the creative development of marketing campaigns from the initial concept to execution:Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required: :Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.:Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.:Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across various types of content.:Strong portfolio of written work demonstrating a wide range of styles and formats.:Strong research and interviewing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content.:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and departments.:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast:paced environment.:Experience with SEO principles and practices is a plus.:Understanding of brand messaging and the ability to adapt writing style to fit the organization's voice and audience needs.Preferred: :Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
