We are looking for a provider who can join us on a part-time basis providing direct patient care, with the potential to increase to full time. Our ideal NP/PA is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints. A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in orthopedics, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background and experience with joint injections is required. Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical/functional exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)? Order and review tests/labs? Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation? Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities? Manage patient care? Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (PRP)? Documentation and progress notes? Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Requirements:? Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program? Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in AZ? Physician Assistants must be certified by the AZ board to work without supervision? Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus? Experience with joint injections a plus Schedule:? Part time (3 days per week) with potential to increase to full time as the patient base increases Compensation:? $50-$60 /hour (depending on experience)We are looking for a provider who is independent and confident, and willing to work in a complimentary setting providing high quality care with a comprehensive approach.
