Toddler Lead/Associate Teacher - Full-time

Summary We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, loving, and compassionate early childhood professionals to join our phenomenal learning center in our Toddler Program. Ideal candidates must be dependable, flexible team players with a passion for early education and nurturing children ages 1 to 3 years old. Our hours of operation are year-round Monday through Friday 7AM to 5PM. Prior experience working in a licensed childcare program is preferred. Lead Teachers and Associate Teachers must meet NH CCLU requirements. Full- and afternoon part-time positions are immediately available. Hourly salary is commensurate with licensed credentials and experience. Duties Create a dynamic, fun, creative, nurturing, safe, and interactive classroom experience Actively engage with the children during all classroom activities and all gross motor activities (sitting on the floor, dancing, exercising, playing various activities outside and inside) Swiftly and compassionately respond for safety and emergency care, ensuring proper first aid procedures are followed Encourage self-help, potty-training, and good hygiene through positive behavior modeling Be punctual, prepared, professional, and positive Provide warmth, acceptance, and accurate interpretation of children's needs Demonstrate courtesy, compassion, and respect in relating to children, families, and co-workers R espond to changing work environments by demonstrating flexibility with schedules, classroom assignments, teamwork, and families Help to ensure a smooth daily transition from home to childcare and back to home Exhibit a passion for children and an enthusiasm for early education learning Requirements Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred) Must meet NH CCLU requirements for college credits and minimum number of hours in supervised childcare experience (CCLU He-C 4002.35) Experience: Childcare: 1 year or 1,000 hours of supervised childcare experience (CCLU He-C 4002.35) License/Certification: Fingerprinting and State/Federal Background Record Check CPR Certification First Aid Certification Benefits Full-time benefits include: Free Employee Childcare (birth through PreK) Paid Earned Time Off 16 Paid Holidays 2 Paid Professional Development Days Health Insurance - 50% company paid Dental Insurance - 50% company paid Vision Insurance - 50% company paid Retirement Plan with a 3% employer match Professional Development Assistance Tuition Reimbursement Teacher Appreciation Bonuses Flexible Work Hours Complimentary Coffee & Snack Station
