American - Antique - 100 year + old violin with horse hair bow.100 year + old violin with horse hair bow. 24 inch violin well used some missing strings. 28 inch bow, horse hairs good, some pulled out. All pictured. Am including a brand-new violin shaped wall hook with hardware-boxed. (I was told) Grandfather used it in the 1920s thru the 1950s. Then (I saw) my mother use it until 1970 when she mounted it on a wall. Was bought and made in Illinois. No stamps nor certifications could be seen or found. NO CASE.Many wear marks are seen where this violin was played and played. See close up photos. Enjoy this unique find.Shipping:The violin and well wrapped in a 24 inch tv box with handle.The violin shaped wall mount is boxed and inside.TV Box will be wrapped in brown packing paper.The bow is wrapped in a poster tube, 28 inches long and will beshipped separately.I LOVE TO COMMUNICATE.
