They seek an innovative, dynamic, and personable Urologist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work-life balance with schedule flexibility! Join their team of 1 full-time physician and 1 full-time allied health professional. About the Opportunity Reason for opening: Pending retirement + growth Level IV Trauma Center Four 10-hour days per week Average 14-16 patients per day Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day Fulltime, Permanent Epic EMR Compensation and Benefits: Total compensation opportunity (600k+) that includes the following: Quality incentives up to $161k RVU bonus is based on an annual threshold. Commencement bonus of $40,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time Student loan repayment Full benefits, including a 401k match.
