He is vaccinated, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and micro-chipped. This puppy will REQUIRE A PHYSICALLY FENCED YARD. No apartments or condos for this dog please. Our adoption fee is $200 (cash or credit card) HOW TO MEET: This sweetheart may be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3. Come up and meet this cutie and/or other pets. The Livonia PetSmart is located at South East corner of Middlebelt and I-96 at 13150 Middlebelt Rd Livonia, MI 48150. It is located in the back of the Meijer and Costco Parking lot. Our pets are in the back-right hand side of the store past the grooming and vet clinic. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ANIMAL YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WILL BE AT THE ADOPTION EVENT. Please email us if there is a specific dog you would like to meet to be sure they will be at the adoption event. We ask that you DO NOT contact PetSmart about our animals. They are kind enough to provide space for our adoption events, but are not involved with our rescue work. HOW TO APPLY: If you would like to apply for this dog or any of our other dogs, please request an application by clicking the “START YOUR INQUIRY” button. IMPORTANT: An application must be filled out and approved before we will make special arrangements to meet a dog. Mostl animals ready for adoption are current on vaccinations, fixed, have tested negative on heartworm (dogs) and feline leukemia / FIV (feline AIDS) (cats), and have been dewormed. Adoption fees provide some recuperation of costs associated with providing in-home and necessary veterinary care while the animal is in our program. Oftentimes the standard adoption fee is less than what we've in incurred in costs. The benefit of adopting from an organization that provides in-home foster care is that the animal's behavior has been evaluated by their care providers in a natural living environment, rather than oftentimes unpleasant surroundings of a shelter. WAG foster care providers care for the animals as if they are their own, and learn to know the animal's likes and dislikes, ability to co-exist with other animals, ability to tolerate children, and so forth.
