Membership Concierge - Concierge

Description:
We're looking to hire an energetic and outgoing concierge with outstanding customer service skills. You'll need excellent communication skills to answer phone inquiries and make reservations. Your main duties include onboarding new members, giving prospective members tours of the lounge and outlining membership tiers and benefits. Welcoming guests and guiding them to a table that has been cleared and cleaned will also be expected. You'll ensure that there are enough seats for the entire party and maintain guest experience throughout their visit. Your attire should be professional and neat, with comfortable shoes so you can stand on your feet frequently throughout your shift. If you're a real people person and a team player who can multitask and pitch in to help with other duties as needed, we want to meet you! Cigar knowledge is not needed. Training Provided. Responsibilities: --- Lead all guests to their seats, ensuring they all have a place to sit, proper glass and tableware, filled water glasses, and menus --- Acknowledge all customers warmly immediately upon arrival to ensure their first impression of the restaurant is positive --- Handle booking of reservations, be quick to solve seating problems, and troubleshoot any phone inquiries from customers --- Respond to questions about the Cigar Menu and guide guests through selection --- Maintain clean and neat table throughout guest experience Qualifications: --- Must be able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere with periods of standing on feet for an extended length of time --- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills, as well as the ability to deal with customer requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner --- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED and should speak English well About Company: At The Embassy Cigar Lounge, we have meticulously crafted an exclusive atmosphere of refinement and camaraderie, where the art of cigars is appreciated in an elevated experience.
