Keeto likes eating, napping, play time, and snuggling. He enjoys people and exploring. Keeto is a little nervous in new surrounding and with loud or sudden sounds, but every day he was in foster care he got more settled in and friendly. (His rescuer said he was okay with kids and ignored dogs when he was in her home).Adoption processTo adopt a pet from AAR, potential adopters must fill out AAR's adoption application and interview with an adoption team member. If approved, an adoption agreement is signed and fees paid. Adoption Fees:Dogs/puppies 6 months of age and older $175Puppies under 6 months of age $200Cats and kittens are $50The fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, and all adoptable animals are current on vaccinations and worming.Shelter locationHours of Operation Cat and Dog Adoption Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m and Sunday from 11am - 3pmClosed Monday Since AAR is an all-volunteer organization, adoption hours (and answering the phone) are subject to volunteer availability. You may drop in, or you may want to call first to confirm that the adoption center is staffed: 281-789-XXXX.
