Job Summary The 1221 Lobby Lead is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executive and lobby staff members at all times. Duties and responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Effectively manage day to day lobby operations of Rockefeller Group's 1221 buildingProvide high:level internal and external customer supportMaintain building visitor list by managing the access badge process for employees and visitors; follow all security procedures and ensure visitors have visitor badges and name tagsRespond to client/guest inquiries and anticipate customer needsSpeak knowledgeably about the office, tenants, tenant protocols, and building proceduresManage and assign daily duties to the lobby staffTraining and supervising lobby staffResponds to employee inquires and escalates issues to lobby manager and/or General ManagerMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingOrganize the workflow and ensure the employees understand their job duties and delegated tasksRestock supplies and maintain inventory recordsEnforces policies and procedures for departmental operationsGeneral administrative support and record keepingEnsure that work environment is safe, secure, and healthyPerforms other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications include:2 years of hotel or corporate guest service experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and problem:solving skillsGreat computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and InternetBachelor's degree is preferred Apply to Flik today Flik is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
