Salary Range: $85K - $100K Permanent Position with Benefits Akron Area Company is seeking an Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on position with active involvement in all activities within the engineering group. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 3+ years' experience in a Technical Management role Must have experience/knowledge overseeing all activities within an engineering group. (Electrical Engineering, Control and Automations, Mechanical Engineering & Design, Field Service) Knowledge/Experience with Control Logic & HMI programming Must have strong leadership skills. Experience/Knowledge with AutoCAD. Experience/Knowledge with documentation: (Parts Lists, Schematics, Mechanical Details & Assembly Drawings, Procedures, etc.) Must be able to travel 25% domestically and internationally. MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook experienced Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
