Join our dynamic team! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. Your responsibilities will include creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You will also help resolve billing issues, make policy changes, and provide policy recommendations. If you have previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry and possess a friendly, client-first attitude, we encourage you to apply today! Training and coaching will be provided by the top 2% in the industry. Responsibilities:Please take note of the following responsibilities: • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to ensure that all questions regarding customer policies are answered.• Make necessary changes to customer policies based on the information provided.• Stay updated on current marketing activities in order to respond effectively to insurance-related inquiries with all available resources.• Handle inbound calls concerning insurance policy issues, customer complaints, and general queries.• Communicate with customers about complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem has been resolved. Qualifications:Join our team if you possess the following qualifications: • Strong problem-solving skills• A humble attitude and a desire for personal growth• Ability to pass a background check• Obtain an insurance license and excel in selling appointments once licensed• Outstanding active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills• Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules preferred• Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role required• High school diploma or GED equivalent is a must Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000+ yearly About Company: At the Chris Castanza Insurance Agency, we are looking for top talent!
