Responsibilities: • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base• Lead follow up• Database campaigns• Set listing appointments• Execute appointments• Close listings• Leverage listings• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
