Clinical Supervisor, Children's Mobile Crisis

Position Summary: Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Children’s Mobile Crisis within the CCBHC. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement children mobile crisis assessment and follow-up. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary. Qualifications: Independent Clinical License required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 1year prior clinical supervisory experience required. Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus. Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated Flexible schedule with some evenings. Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must Ability to work independently and part of a team. Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay. Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance. Ability to communicate effectively. Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators. Ability to lift up to 20lbs. Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements. Don’t meet every single requirement?
