We are searching for a passionate and committed Food Service Crew Member to join our team at Bluebird Hunter Lodge in Hunter, NY. You will be in charge of offering fast, friendly service and delivering unequaled customer experiences to our guests. You will be expected to ready and serve a variety of meals, aid with all kitchen jobs, and maintain a neat and orderly work area. Responsibilities:• Ensure a hygienic work environment by sanitizing surfaces, disposing of trash, and cleaning dishes regularly.• Prepare and serve food orders to customers promptly and accurately.• Adhere to restaurant policies on safety and cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.• Receive, unpack, and store food supplies in designated storage areas upon delivery.• Monitor inventory levels and restock items as necessary to ensure availability. Qualifications:• Ability to obtain/maintain US Work Authorization.• 1-2 years of experience in customer service/hospitality.• Restaurant experience• Proven verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
