I got Maxwell (Max) as a puppy in October 2021 and he is almost two old years (his birthday is 7/26/21)! He is very sweet and just wants to give you hugs and kisses all day long. Max is very serious about his love for his humans. He loves people and is very protective of his humans with other dogs. Unfortunately, that means that when I moved in with my fiance and his other dogs, Max was not able to make the transition very well. Max has demonstrated aggressive behaviors toward the other dogs in the house around food, toys, and when they try to give us affection. Our veterinarian has prescribed him Prozac, which he takes daily to help chill him out (he was somewhat jumpy around the house when we transitioned to a new environment). We feel it is best to find a new, good home for Max where he can be a great and loving dog in a home where he is the only dog.
