EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of general and preventive maintenance experience 1 year of painting and drywall experience (preferred) 1 year of experience repairing appliances (highly desirable) RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral Maintenance and Repair Perform miscellaneous maintenance and repairs to all Center facilities, such as painting, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, moving and/or repairing furniture, toilets and faucets Complete work orders in a timely manner Preventive Maintenance and Fire Inspections Conduct preventive maintenance, such as draining water heaters, changing A/C filters and inspecting fire extinguishers Conduct and ensure a monthly schedule of preventive maintenance and safety inspections of Center facilities in accordance with OSHA and HRS requirements Paperwork Maintain records and files of completed maintenance work orders Powered by JazzHR
