RoofCrafters Roofing LLC , is looking for a Rockstar Estimator to join our team!The role of the Estimator is to obtain leads and convert them to clients through our four step proven process. Perform the roof estimate, provide several options to the customer via our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers by excellent communication, follow up and follow through. Responsibilities: Perform Estimates for Roof Replacement with intention of obtaining the Sale Build rapport and trust with clients Build and maintain relationships with various Professional Partners for Networking purposes Ensure ALL missed calls/messages are returned the same day Convert Leads to Prospects via the Estimate provided to the Client Company-provided leads will be provided based on performance and as available Enter relevant Lead information into CRM, including notes and ensure the appropriate people are tagged Research specialty items and source prior to estimate Provide roofing, color, style and payment options to the Prospect Ensure that the customer has an Exceptional Customer Experience Follow up with customers when necessary Notify Management of any issues or concerns communicated to you by customers or that are identified by other means Prepare Postcards and Letters as assigned for Mailing Campaign (marketing) Execute Marketing Strategies set forth by Team Lead and Director of Sales; develop your own strategies and partner with Team Lead for approval Jurisdiction Permit requirements and understanding Prepare and execute daily Sales Plan. Grow Market Share; Maximize Territory Performance Ongoing education on ALL roofing systems, installation requirements, current trends, color and style options to stay up to date on current market and industry trends as well as product availability Stay current on materials pricing and availability due to constantly changing market conditions Accurate, clear and concise completion of Contract Details; Legal Documents Develop a process and routine of your own that will best work for your work style and meets the SOPs Attend weekly meetings and other scheduled meetings Benefits: Company Truck (upon sales goal reached) Paid Training Shirts, Business cards, supplies provided Great work/life balance Health insurance at 90 days Requirements: At least 2 years of Sales experience in any field, construction, or industrial sales is a plus Must be able to Network Excellent Customer Service skills Desire to ensure Customer Satisfaction Must know how to manage a calendar Professionalism Love of Conversation Excellent Grammar; Verbal and Written Strong negotiation skills Must be able to confidently navigate basic computer programs Proven Accuracy Tenacious drive to sell Mathematics skills are essential Sales tracking and analyzation skills Competitive Desire to be your best; continued improvement where needed Physically Climbing ladders and walking roofs daily; confined spaces in attics as required Ability to utilize a CRM; manage and monitor jobs Strong emphasis on Safety Ability to work with others including interdepartmentally; team oriented Organized and detail oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office and general emailing Regular and reliable attendance Ability to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervision Aligned with our R.O.O.F.S Values and Mission Statement Must be able to lift 75 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with reasonable accommodations if required Powered by JazzHR
