Are you an experienced Garage Door Service Technician? River City Door, an International Door Association Top 100 Company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garage Door Service Technician to join our team in the Columbus, GA area. As a leading provider of garage door solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:• Perform garage door repair, operator repairs, and programming accessories.• Diagnose and troubleshoot garage door and operator problems and issues.• Provide excellent customer service to clients.• Utilize field management software system to complete jobs and process payments.• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and excellent time management skills.• Maintain the company-provided service vehicle. Qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) completion is required.• The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field would be advantageous.• Proficiency in arithmetic, problem-solving, and collaborative work is essential.• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.• Must have a clean background check.• River City Door is a Drug-Free Workplace.
