PRODUCTION MANAGER Arlington / DC areaSALARY RANGE:$110k - $125,000 + relocation assistanceSHIFT:1stDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reports to plant General ManagerOverseeing 4+ supervisors including sanitationSafety driven.Understands meeting and exceeding daily production targetsREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:5+ years of progressive production leadership experience in a high-speed bakery or similar environment Some form of Food manufacturing to include fresh baked goods, meat and poultry is required4-year Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operational Management or related subjectCurrently supervising 4 to 5 salaried production supervisorsProven hands-on leader with strong floor presenceBRC experience a plusFrozen bakery production a very strong plusStrong production planning and troubleshooting
