We're proud of our more than 80-year commitment to protecting the livelihoods and futures of our client/members and creating an atmosphere where our employees thrive.What You'll Do: As a Sr Instructional Designer Developer you will design, coordinate, creatively develop, and deliver technical training for various insurance markets. Other duties include:· Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of online courses and trainings.· Lead and coach other designer/developers.· Design and develop a world-class curriculum to include online and instructor led courses.· Organize the integration of new content into the courses offered by planning short and long-term goals and implementation schedules and learning objectives for the introduction of new content or programs. · Determine effectiveness of training programs to include accurate content, delivery method, and cost. · Develop project plans and lead training projects.· Research and recommend technology, as applicable. What It Takes to Join Our Team:· College degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience required. · Insurance experience/background preferred. · Must have or attain a working knowledge and/or skills with learning management systems as well as instructional development and other multimedia software and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cenario VR.· Must be creative and have the ability to design and develop curriculum using specialized learning technologies and advanced instructional design expertise. · Examples of Instructional Design work or a portfolio preferredWhat We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a great paycheck.
