Job Description The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker Lead will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:4.0px;margin:top:9.0px::Knowledge about Meal Plans, campus locations, and overall Dining Services Program:Shifts may involve social media content creation, event setup and break down, campus communication updates, meal plan/dining program information etc.:Detail oriented:Autonomous work environment:Utilize the tools and technology available to boost social channels and engage students:Office administration tasks:Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co:workers, etc.:Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation Qualifications stylemargin:bottom:4.0px;margin:top:9.0px::Likes to have fun at work and demonstrates a growth mindset:Interest in marketing/communication:Desire to actively engage with customers to promote and grow social engagement and meal plans:Demonstrates guest service skills:Work well independently and with a team:Self:motivated and strong communicator with managers and customers: Ability to be a part of multiple projects and initiatives of varying size and complexity, while meeting conflicting deadlines in a diverse challenging environment.: Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and behavior styles.: Ability to manage and prioritize time and projects in an efficient manner.
