Well hello everyone! My name is Gardens. It`s probably because I`m as pretty as a garden! I`m keeping my age a secret for now but I will let you know I weigh 44 pounds. I can be a bit timid at first, but will do my best to warm up quickly. Maybe some treats will make the warming up process a bit easier? I have been known to have the zoomies from time to time, who can blame me? Have you ever just run around for the heck of it? IT`S AMAZING!! you should try it sometime! The intake folks were able to do all my initial exams and I did wonderful for them. I didn`t even cry once! I`d love to be able to find my forever person to have my happily ever after with, could that be you? It is unknown how I behave around cats kids or dogs. It`s hard to meet new people and pets quickly after leaving the shelter. I might need some time in my new home to decompress and process my new surroundings before meeting the whole gang. That`s ok though because IACS offers a 14 day cuddle before you commit program to ensure I am the best fit for you and your home. We`ll have pleanty of time to get to know everyone! *Please apply on our website at indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet. *Click on the adoption application link, enter your information, and click submit. You can include multiple pets that you are interested in on one application. *Once you have submitted your adoption application, please visit the shelter to speak with one of our Adoption Counselors, who will assist you with meeting some of our animals. *We offer a Cuddle before you Commit program where you can foster an animal for 2 weeks, slowly introduce it to the rest of your animals and family, and then finalize your decision.
