Project Cost Accountant Department: AccountingShift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-FridayOvertime may be required KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company's state of the art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude. Submit your completed application at keithwalkingfloor.com/current openings Responsibilities Project setup for custom design equipment. Progress billing for jobs and collection of billings not received in a timely manner. Communication with the sales and the customer for project coordination. Percentage of completion calculation based on actual costs. Sort and file documents in file management. Update Bill of Materials. Work with Engineering and Purchasing for complete list of drawings and components for each project. Maintenance of negative stock inventory counts. Maintain Sales quote sheet with updated cost values. Issue costing reports. Tariff coding on all new parts and entering all new parts issued by engineering into system. Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.) May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening. At least 5 years' previous accounting experience required. Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting may replace experience requirement. SAP Business One or other ERP software experience required. Intermediate knowledge of Excel required. Ability to work as a team and independently. Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
