Meet Shorty and Susie Q! They are looking for their forever home(s)!! They have arrived and are in a temporary foster home. They are house and crate trained, walk well on a leash and would love to catch one of the squirrels they so enjoy chasing! Good with other dogs, but not cats. Loves to lay on the back of the couch with Susie Q. Please help these two so they don't have to go to boarding. They have been had their world turned upside down with their human going into hospice and did not have any family to take them. They have already been spayed/neutered.Shorty (male) is 3-4 years old, about 15lbs. He’s dog/kid friendly, house trained/ kennel trained and walks well on leash. He is also UTD on vaccs, dewormer, flea tick and heartworm prevention, heartworm negative, and will get neuter and rabies vax this week before arriving to us! Susie Q (female- smaller/pointy ear) is 6-7 years old, up to date on vaccs/dewormer/flea tick and heartworm prevention, is heartworm negative, and will be spayed and get rabies vax this Thursday before coming to our rescue! Shes about 8-9lbs, dog and kid friendly!! Super sweet and wants to cuddle! She’s house trained and kennel trained! Walks well on leash. Their owner had to surrender them because she’s going into hospice and didn’t have anyone to keep them. In foster care together they seem to be bonded/rely on each other for comfort but we know how hard that is sometimes to find someone wanting two!
